Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were well maintained with nice extras like a dressing gown and slippers, but they were a bit small. The service was friendly overall, but I had some issues with getting recompense for facilities not being available. The location was pleasant and convenient, just a short walk to the railway station. The dining experience was good, but the breakfast options were limited. The facilities were decent, nothing extraordinary.

The rooms, while of superior standard with a nice bathroom and good leisure facilities, felt a bit old fashioned, with a not-so-clean carpet and missing TV remote and bath plug. The service was generally friendly and efficient, accommodating even a large party that faced delays due to road closures. The location, although beautiful and attended by attentive staff, might require a drive to reach. The dining experience had some delays in clearing tables, and the breakfast timing wasn't ideal for a leisure break.
